50% Deposit at the time of booking. Balance payment to be made on the event day before start.

Booth sharing by Vendors is not permitted.

Vendor shall not be entitled to a refund or any part of the fee, for any reason, if the person is unable to participate after the acceptance.

For food handlers only:

· Feature the most requested menu item, or highlight your signature dish.(permitted 2 items per booth)

· We suggest reasonably priced to maximize sale. Please bring enough change as there may not be an ATM machine onsite.

· Be prepared to handle large crowds.

· Ensure you have the supplies and staff on hand to deal with large crowd.

· Dancing Damsels Inc. will provide each vendor with one (1) 10x10 tent, 6 ft table, and two (2) chairs. Please bring your own table covers.

If you wish to bring an additional table please inform us.

· After the event kindly clean up your stall.

· Garbage bins will be placed at conspicuous locations for attendees.

· There is no preferred parking for the vendors.

· We will be distributing food coupons for our volunteers which will be reimbursed after the event.

. The vendor will cooperate by keeping Food Vendor area clean

Please carry your own liability insurance adding City of Toronto as an additional insured.
